shipping & delivery
Our goal is to make sure you receive your online order as quickly as possible. Most orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days of order placement. If the order needs any customization, then it will leave our warehouse within 4 business days of order placement. Large orders will receive an estimated time of delivery at order placement.
We ship via USPS Priority as well as UPS.
For UPS, we offer the following shipping options:
UPS Ground (generally 3-5 business days)
2nd Day Air®
Next Day Air®
The arrival time of your order will be the fulfillment time (2 business days or 4 business days for customization) PLUS the shipping time of the method you selected. Please note that no Saturday or Sunday delivery options are available with any of our shipping options.
We calculate your shipping rates based on the cost to ship each item by weight and size to your shipping address using the shipping method you select.
Please note that when shipping to P.O. Boxes USPS Priority will be used. At the present time, no international shipping outside of the United States is available.
